Pacific Opera has, since 2003, trained more than 200 young Australian artists many of whom have established professional performing careers.
Pacific Opera relies on the generosity of the community to continue our work to deliver advanced training, education through performances, master classes and workshops free to the students.
Pacific Opera provides mentorship and work experience with leading opera singers and directors, and is the leading source of young talent to major opera companies such as Opera Australia.
Why do we need the Circle of Friends?
In 2020 Pacific Opera has been grateful to receive funding from Create NSW. However impactful that support has been, it is not guaranteed to continue in 2021. Therefore we rely on the generous support of our community.
With your help, we hope to continue to continue our intake of Young Artists in 2021 to add security to future of the program.
What is the commitment?
We are asking committed arts lovers, estates, families etc to consider committing $10,000 per year for three years (fully tax deductible).
